These terms apply to your use of TrackDrop, the TrackDrop website, and the TrackDrop TestFlight beta.

Beta Status

TrackDrop is currently distributed through TestFlight. Beta features may change, break, or be removed before public release.

Music Services

TrackDrop is an Apple Music companion app. Apple Music playback and catalog access may require an active Apple Music subscription and are subject to Apple terms. TrackDrop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse messaging, social, Beat Battle, or sharing features.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the app, backend, Cloudflare services, or other users.

Content

You are responsible for the content you share through TrackDrop. We may remove content or restrict access when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.

No Warranty

TrackDrop is provided as-is during beta. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free behavior.
